- The operation used ibi[.]institute to present copied or misattributed academic work and a pro-Russia “sovereignty index.”
- Operators used VPNs to access ChatGPT and prompted in Russian to generate mostly English posts and comments.
- Generated content was posted on Substack, Telegram, X, Facebook and LinkedIn while ChatGPT was instructed to hide Russian linguistic clues.
