๐Ÿ’ฐ BUSINESS & FUNDING

  • OpenAI and ServiceNow expand partnership to embed OpenAI models and agents across enterprise workflows
OpenAI and ServiceNow expanded their partnership to bring OpenAI models and agents into ServiceNow products and connect ServiceNow workflows with ChatGPT and Codex.
    • For enterprise customers and ServiceNow's own employees: a new ServiceNow integration brings business context and workflow actions directly into ChatGPT, letting teams investigate incidents, assess change risk, and update ServiceNow records without leaving the chat.
    • The expansion builds on the January 2026 three-year deal that made OpenAI models including GPT-5.2 a preferred intelligence capability on the ServiceNow AI Platform, which runs more than 80 billion workflows a year.
    • Planned capabilities include a Codex integration in ServiceNow's AI Workflow Factory, a joint cybersecurity solution combining OpenAI security with ServiceNow's asset and identity context, and OpenAI-powered voice in the Super Intelligence Control Tower.
    • ServiceNow will give all employees access to ChatGPT Work and Codex, and OpenAI is using ServiceNow workflows in its own operations.
    • Availability: the ServiceNow MCP plugin is live in the OpenAI marketplace today; voice is expected Q1 2027, security capabilities in early access January 2027 with GA in Q2 2027, and Codex in AI Workflow Factory in 2027.
